Returns
Please complete an online form and send a copy of invoice, all items must be returned via recorded delivery to the business address and in a like for like strong packaging. All products must be returned within 14 days and we aim to refund 7 days after receiving goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returns unless items are faulty or error.
Exchanges
we will exchange on receiving the items unused and unopened and fully checked within 14 days.
